In reference to freemasonic-yowl’s ask… you should tell your friend that there are plenty of other worse things that money and resources are going toward than space exploration. I saw somewhere recently that even when it was at it’s highest, the amount of money budgeted for places like NASA from the US Federal Government was hardly anything in the long run (not even at 5%).

Edit: Also, if you could provide evidence of the NASA statistic that would be awesome. I’m sorry I don’t have evidence to back up my government statement, so take it with a grain of salt.
